Wendy Lou Billings, Market Coordinator
Wendy Lou has worked in both nonprofit and corporate environments in a multitude of roles, giving her a big-picture view of the importance of integrated branding and storytelling. With a background in design, fundraising, creative writing, and donor and volunteer development, she has honed a very specific set of tools to aid in the development of the stories of her clients.
Rachel McLarty, Graphic Designer
Rachel has lead responsibility for graphic design for donor communication and recognition projects as well as the preparation of all project documentation, presentations and production art. She has a background in marketing and business management, and talent in working across platforms to support client and project needs. Rachel is often a main point of contact for program maintenance and is rapidly developing her consulting portfolio.
Brian Oliver, Operations Coordinator
Brian comes from a background of theater, music, and film, which are still integral parts of his life. His professional experience lies in fourteen years of business management and public relations. With organization and efficiency as cornerstones of his professional toolset, he has acquired and honed a great number of skills thanks to the unique environments in which he has worked. In every role Brian has taken on, his focus has always been to carry the business onward and upward, finding ways to refine procedures and routines to ensure growth and increase productivity.
Jeff McLarty, Production Manager
Jeff studied technical theater at a small liberal arts college in the Pacific Northwest before working in exhibit and lighting design. He designs and engineers 3D hardscapes, creates content, and manages deliverables. A self-professed generalist, he is a devotee of MAYA design principles and loves integrating donor recognition seamlessly into the built environment.
Ed Manner, Business Development
Ed studied design and trending at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology and has built a stellar career designing and producing experience-based programming for large commercial properties around the world. Based on his encyclopedic portfolio, Ed is pioneering paradigm level work at the intersection of philanthropy, marketing and placemaking.
Patricia Berry, Co-creator, Heurista Institute
Patricia is a self-proclaimed “socialized data wonk” who brings to Heurista a unique background as an Accenture consulting alumna along with 17+ years’ experience leading fundraising organizations that range from Ivy league with global reach to faith-based serving local communities. Her broad interests in positive psychology, permaculture design theory and the placemaking movement have resulted in a unique approach to consulting that fosters collaborative thinking and creative solutions for client organizations that depend on good relationships to achieve their missions.
Brett A McCall, Creative Technologist, Philanthrosphere
Brett is a geek with a community leadership degree and a life-long student of storytelling. Archetype, mythology, symbolism, personal stories, and folktales are all incorporated in his pursuit for the stories that transform people's lives. Brett is our resident Creative Technologist and is hyper focused on the development of our new software platform for donor recognition.
