Jeff McLarty, Production Manager
Jeff studied technical theater at a small liberal arts college in the Pacific Northwest before working in exhibit and lighting design. He designs and engineers 3D hardscapes, creates content, and manages deliverables. A self-professed generalist, he is a devotee of MAYA design principles and loves integrating donor recognition seamlessly into the built environment.
Ashleigh Hardes, Digital Strategist
As digital strategist, Ashleigh is responsible for the management of strategic projects for Heurista, including website design, social media management and new technology and resource investigation. She is solution and detail oriented. You may meet her at networking events and online forums where she often represents Heurista. Her background includes arts management and marketing, and she has worked with a variety of for-profits and nonprofits throughout her career.
Rachel McLarty, Graphic Designer
Rachel has lead responsibility for graphic design for donor communication and recognition projects as well as the preparation of all project documentation, presentations and production art. She has a background in marketing and business management, and talent in working across platforms to support client and project needs. Rachel is often a main point of contact for program maintenance and is rapidly developing her consulting portfolio.
Jenny Wait, Business Coordinator
The role of business coordinator is excellent for Jenny as she thrives on problem solving and maximizing efficiency. Jenny is responsible for office management and organization while lending an ear for brainstorming on new projects. She recently graduated from UNC Asheville with a degree in management and marketing and has a background in donor and alumni relations through the university.
